Fantasy Premier League Gameweek Four will start off with a London derby at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. After perhaps one of the most unpredictable weeks ever on Gameweek Three, FPL managers are hoping for something better this time around. Read on to find out more about the upcoming gameweek of Fantasy Premier League.<\/p>\n
Surprise results are becoming more and more normal this season. Who could have predicted Leicester City<\/a> to go on and score five at the Etihad?<\/p>\n So many penalties are being awarded as well. It is definitely tempting to go for the wildcard and sort out your squad. However, there is enough unpredictability about this season already so it would be best to at least remove the transfer window from that list.<\/p>\n After this gameweek, there is an international break. The transfer window will also shut before gameweek five begins, so that would be the best time to play the wildcard chip.<\/p>\n Only four teams managed to keep a clean sheet last week. With the number of goals being scored this season, the goalkeepers are struggling to get good scores. Emiliano Mart\u00ednez<\/a> is the highest scoring keeper so far but he faces Liverpool<\/a> this week. As a long-term pick, he is still probably the best bet. The keepers that look to have a decent shot at a clean sheet are Alex McCarthy<\/a>, Nick Pope<\/a>, Bernd Leno<\/a>, Karl Darlow<\/a>, Rui Patr\u00edcio<\/a> and Alisson<\/a>. It is probably best not to spend a precious transfer on a keeper at this stage.<\/p>\n Timothy Castagne<\/a> has made a spectacular start to his FPL career. The Belgian is the highest-scoring defender at this stage. Leicester depend a lot on their full-backs going forward so it all bodes well for Castagne.<\/p>\n Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/a> and Andrew Robertson<\/a> look to be in great form attacking-wise and they have a decent fixture at Aston Villa<\/a> this week. It might be a good idea to have them both as they generate points like midfielders with the added bonus of potential clean sheet points.<\/p>\n Southampton<\/a> v West Bromwich Albion<\/a> could be a match filled with goals for both sides. The Baggies have looked quite impressive at times this season, scoring five goals in the last two matches. However, they have conceded the most number of goals so far in the Premier League. Southampton’s full-backs could profit and get an assist or two, so Kyle Walker-Peters<\/a> is worth considering.<\/p>\n Newcomers Fulham<\/a> have looked absolutely terrible so far. The squad lacks quality in most positions, especially at the back. Their offence is not that great as well. This provides a great opportunity for Wolverhampton Wanderers<\/a> defenders. Roman Sa\u00efss provides a good option. Nelsen Semedo could also be considered as he could profit from the weakness of Fulham’s defence.<\/p>\n Sheffield United<\/a> have not managed to score this season, losing all three of their matches so far. If their bad run in front of goal continues, the likes of Kieran Tierney<\/a> and Hector Bellerin<\/a> could score a lot of points in their game against Arsenal<\/a>.<\/p>\n Newcastle United<\/a> v Burnley<\/a> is a match that could buck the trend of goal fests and finish goalless. Charlie Taylor<\/a> from Burnley is a good shout from this fixture.<\/p>\n Kevin De Bruyne<\/a> produced a very disappointing display last week. It was a rare bad game for the Belgian and he will surely be fired up to make things right against Leeds United<\/a>. Manchester City<\/a> have a lot of injuries right now. Pep Guardiola<\/a> had to play his best players even in the Carabao Cup because of that.<\/p>\n De Bruyne played for 64 minutes<\/a> against Burnley while\u00a0 Raheem Sterling<\/a> and Riyad Mahrez<\/a> played the full 90 minutes. However, it is unlikely that Guardiola will dare to rest any of his main players in what looks like to be a potentially very tricky trip to Elland Road. Leeds will fight very hard and this match could go either way.<\/p>\n Mohamed Salah\u00a0<\/a>and Sadio Mane<\/a> are both great options in any week and this week is no different. Aston Villa are playing well but they have faced two of the worst sides in the league so far. Liverpool<\/a> have looked really strong and should get another three points. Salah has not scored since his hat-trick in the first match. He will try very hard to outshine Mane in this game.<\/p>\n Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang<\/a> has a very good chance to get a goal or two against struggling Sheffield United. Willian could also do well.<\/p>\n Other midfielders to consider this week are Daniel Podence<\/a> (check injury news), James Ward-Prowse<\/a>, James Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>, Adama Traor\u00e9<\/a>, Stuart Armstrong<\/a>, Mason Mount<\/a>, Kai Havertz<\/a>, Wilfried Zaha<\/a> and Harvey Barnes<\/a>.<\/p>\n Danny Ings<\/a> could get a big haul against the worst defence in the league so far. His strike partner Che Adams<\/a> also is a decent pick.<\/p>\n Ra\u00fal Jim\u00e9nez<\/a> had a night to forget last week and should be raring to put things right this week against struggling Fulham. It is rare for the Mexican to shoot blanks two matches in a row.<\/p>\n Dominic Calvert-Lewin<\/a> is in the form of his life right now. He scored another hat-trick in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday against West Ham United<\/a>. Brighton & Hove Albion<\/a> might be difficult to tame but who can bet against Calvert-Lewin in the form that he is in.<\/p>\n Alexandre Lacazette<\/a> has scored three goals in three matches. Interestingly, he scored seven FPL points in each of those games. He has another chance to score against a Sheffield United defence missing one of its key<\/a> players in Jack O’Connell<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jamie Vardy<\/a> scored a hat-trick last week, taking his tally to five for the season. It is true that four of those were penalties but they all count. West Ham played brilliantly last week but normally they struggle away from home. Last season’s golden boot winner will fancy his chances, that is for sure.<\/p>\n Tammy Abraham<\/a> will likely start against Crystal Palace<\/a> as the main striker with Timo Werner<\/a> on the left. This could be a tough match for Chelsea as Palace have the firepower to hurt them on the break.
