Norwich City<\/a> has completed the signing of Arsenal<\/a> midfielder Matthew Dennis. The talented midfielder arrives on a free transfer after his Arsenal contract expired.<\/p>\n

The teenager’s arrival continues Norwich\u2019s busy recruitment drive since their relegation to the Championship<\/a> was confirmed.<\/p>\n

The Teenager Arrives From Arsenal<\/h3>\n

Norwich announced via their website<\/a> they had signed the teenager. Dennis arrives on a free transfer from Arsenal and has signed a two-year deal at Carrow Road.<\/p>\n

Dennis is Norwich\u2019s second arrival of the day, after a deal for striker Sebastian Soto was announced earlier today<\/a>. The midfielder’s arrival continues Norwich\u2019s busy off-season as they plan for life back in the Championship.<\/p>\n

The talented teenager was with Arsenal from the age of six representing the club at all youth levels. His best moment so far was scoring in the FA Youth Cup against Southampton.<\/a><\/p>\n

Speaking to the Norwich website about his move, Dennis said: \u201cI\u2019m really excited. I love the way Norwich play football, especially when the head coach gives young players opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI know Josh Martin, as we were both at Arsenal together. He\u2019s a really good friend of mine and seeing him break through to the first team gives me confidence and belief that I can do the same.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe pitches here are great. The gym is nice, the food is nice, so everything is good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m most looking forward to proving to everybody what I can do, playing in front of the fans and changing the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

Norwich Rebuilding Following Relegation<\/h3>\n

Norwich finished the Premier League<\/a> season with eleven consecutive defeats. Manager Daniel Farke is revamping his squad after a difficult season.<\/p>\n

Dennis will hope he can play a role next season as Norwich look to make an instant return to the Premier League. He is a box-to-box midfielder who is hoping to add something different to Norwich\u2019s midfield.<\/p>\n
