Cardiff are also targeting three points to assure their place in the play-offs. Neil Harris\u2019 side will secure a Championship<\/a> play-off spot if they avoid defeat but victory could see them climb above Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n

Must-Win For Hull City As They Travel To Cardiff City<\/h2>\n

Anything Other Than Victory Will See Hull City Relegated<\/h3>\n

Grant McCann takes his wounded tigers to Cardiff knowing three points are imperative for their chances of survival. Hull suffered at the hands of relegation rivals Luton Town in their last game making this match even more important.<\/p>\n

The Tigers head into this game bottom of the table and three points adrift of safety. They know they must win at the Cardiff City Stadium to have any chance of a relegation reprieve.<\/p>\n

Relegation would complete a rotten 2020 for Hull City. The loss of several key players across the past few months have hit the club hard. The fans are completely disillusioned and the players are struggling for form and confidence. The Tigers have won just two league games in 2020 \u2013 overall, they have amassed just nine points since New Year’s Day.<\/p>\n

Grant McCann could once again ring the changes after another poor display. Matt Ingram<\/a> is likely to retain his place in goal ahead of George Long<\/a>. Jordy De Wijs<\/a>, Reece Burke<\/a>, Jan Toral<\/a> and Josh Bowler<\/a> are pushing for recalls.<\/p>\n

Cardiff City Need Just Point to Assure a Play-Off Spot<\/h3>\n

Cardiff have been revived under Neil Harris since he arrived in November 2019. The Bluebirds have found their confidence and form that may them so dangerous in their last Championship promotion campaign.<\/p>\n

They welcome struggling Hull City to the Cardiff City Stadium knowing a point will be enough to extend their season further. If they better Nottingham Forest\u2019s result, the Bluebirds could rise a place to fifth.<\/p>\n

Cardiff are fresh off two consecutive league wins and are building some positive momentum ahead of a potential play-off campaign.<\/p>\n
