Manchester United<\/a> expect to pay a \u00a360 million price for long-time target Jack Grealish<\/a>, according to the Evening Standard via Marcus Banks of the Manchester Evening News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Interest in the Englishman<\/h3>\n

Manchester United have been interested<\/a> in signing Jack Grealish for some time.<\/p>\n

With rumours already circulating, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer complimented him following a beautiful goal in a 2-2 draw with Aston Villa<\/a>. The Norwegian said<\/a> “I can\u2019t talk too much about other teams\u2019 players if they are Man United calibre or targets.”<\/p>\n

“But fantastic goal. I think he has hit one of those corners that I have hit a couple of times. It was a great finish but then again we should defend better and show him down the left.<\/p>\n

“But what a goal and he played a good game, definitely.”<\/p>\n

Following these comments, the links<\/a> between United and Grealish started to pick up once again, and with the Englishman in fine form, the attention was deserved.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils Might Not Need Him<\/h3>\n

Despite Grealish\u2019s undoubted quality, the Red Devils may not need him.<\/p>\n

Rumours<\/a> surrounding potential interest in the Villains\u2019 playmaker started before the January transfer window, but coming out of it with the tremendous signing of Bruno Fernandes<\/a>, they may now not need him.<\/p>\n

The Portuguese wizard has had an astounding effect on the team, giving them their long-needed creativity while also giving other players like Luke Shaw<\/a> a boost in form. Grealish would be surplus to requirements, with attacking midfield his preferred position.<\/p>\n

The Manchester United Grealish Price May Fall Further<\/h3>\n

Manchester United expect to pay \u00a360 million for Grealish. While it previously seemed<\/a> that \u00a370 million would convince Villa to part ways with their star player, the Coronavirus pandemic has hit the financial world of football hard, and all players\u2019 market values have decreased<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Despite this, the price could go down even further, with Aston Villa staring relegation in the face.<\/p>\n
