According to player himself (via Tottenham Hotspur’s official website<\/a>), Harry Kane<\/a> could be able to play the remainder of the season should the Premier League restart<\/a> sometime in June. This is fantastic news for Tottenham Hotspur but of course also for England’s national team, with Kane’s torn hamstring recovery looking to be a complete recovery.<\/p>\n

REPORT: Harry Kane to Be Fit for Premier League Restart<\/h3>\n

Amid such an awful situation worldwide, the only silver lining for the footballing world is that injured players may be able to recover for the ends of their respective seasons. For Spurs, this is all the more important, since Kane’s absence the team has really struggled to muster enough goals. Furthermore, they have been lacking any real focal point. Dele Alli<\/a> was fulfilling some kind of false nine role, with Erik Lamela<\/a> and Lucas Moura<\/a> the supporting attackers. This combination simply wasn’t effective without an established, out-and-out goalscorer like Kane.<\/p>\n

Harry Kane Hopes to Be Back in Three Weeks<\/h3>\n

\u201cI\u2019m good. From a rehab point of view and personal point of view, I\u2019m doing really well. I\u2019m at a good stage now and just working hard, doing a lot of recovery, a lot of rehab and just waiting to see what happens to the season.”<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not too far away, I\u2019d normally hope to be back with the team in two or three weeks\u2019 time,\u201d Kane explained to Tottenham Hotspur’s media team<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kane Able to Help Spurs in Last Nine Matches<\/h3>\n

Tottenham still have another nine matches left in the Premier League;<\/p>\n

They still must face Manchester United<\/a> (H), West Ham<\/a> (H), before travelling to face Sheffield United<\/a> (A).<\/p>\n

Then Everton<\/a> at home (H), down south to Bournemouth<\/a> (A). After this fixture they have the North London Derby (H).<\/p>\n

Newcastle United<\/a> host Spurs (A), with the North London club facing Leicester City<\/a> at home (H), with the final fixture at Crystal Palace’s<\/a> Selhurst Park (A).<\/p>\n

Needless to say, there are plenty of matches for Kane to fully rehabilitate himself. The club currently sit in eighth, seven points off Chelsea<\/a> in fourth position. Of course, they may be able to sneak into the Champions League in fifth place, since Manchester City’s ban<\/a>. There is still a lot of work to do to achieve qualification. Nevertheless, with Kane’s return, and hopefully also the likes of Heung-Min Son and Moussa Sissoko<\/a>, Spurs will have a much stronger squad.<\/p>\n
