Hibernian have signed striker Marc McNulty. The striker arrives on loan from Reading<\/a> for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

Hibernian announced via their website<\/a> they had signed the striker. McNulty joins on loan for the remainder of the season and returns to Easter Road having spent time with Hibs last season.<\/p>\n

The fans favourite returns ready to score the goals for Hibernian. The striker spent the first half of the season at Sunderland but struggled to score goals and recapture his impressive form from his spell at Hibs.<\/p>\n

The striker returns to Scotland hoping to get some much-needed game time and impress Scotland manager Steve Clarke.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the Hibernian website about his return, McNulty said: \u201cI’m delighted to be back.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyone who knows me knows how much I enjoyed my time at Hibs last season and how much I wanted to come back, so I\u2019m grateful the people at the club pushed so hard to make it happen.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes a difference knowing I\u2019ll be playing for two guys who have already shown how much they want me and I\u2019m looking forward to getting the chance to repay them.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also want to thank the supporters. From the day I left the first time around, I\u2019ve had so many positive messages on social media. People probably don\u2019t understand how much that can mean to a player.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m desperate to be involved as soon as possible and help the team push on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reading Confirm McNulty\u2019s Exit<\/h3>\n

Reading have confirmed McNulty\u2019s departure via a statement on their website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The statement read: \u201cReading Football Club can announce that striker Marc McNulty has swapped a loan spell at Sunderland for a return to Hibernian on loan until the end of the season.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe would like to wish Marc the best of luck during his loan spell at Hibernian.\u201d<\/p>\n
