Otis Khan and Andy Cook have left Field Mill on loan. Khan has joined <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonfootball.com\/category\/league-football\/league12\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Newport County<\/a> while Cook has joined <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonfootball.com\/category\/league-football\/league12\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tranmere Rovers.<\/a> Both leave for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n<h2>Mansfield Town Confirm Departures of Otis Khan and Andy Cook<\/h2>\n<h3>Otis Khan Joins Newport County<\/h3>\n<p>Newport announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newport-county.co.uk\/news\/2020\/january\/otis-khan-signs-on-loan\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via their website<\/a> they had signed the winger. Khan arrives on loan for the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the Newport website about his move, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newport-county.co.uk\/news\/2020\/january\/otis-khan-signs-on-loan\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Khan said<\/a>: \u201cI am really happy to get this over the line and can&#8217;t wait to get going. Hopefully, I&#8217;ll be able to play as many games as possible during my time at Newport and impress the fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am a forward-thinking player and I like to unlock teams and score goals. I am looking forward to meeting up with the rest of the squad and pushing on up the table.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Manager Michael Flynn added: \u201cI see this as a really important signing. Otis has shown what he can do at League Two level, he has been very good at Yeovil as well as Mansfield.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Otis will complete our attacking options. With his versatility, he can play out wide, behind the striker and even off the striker. He&#8217;s got the right attitude, he&#8217;s hungry and he wants to come here and show everyone what he can do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Andy Cook Re-Joins Tranmere Rovers<\/h3>\n<p>Tranmere announced via their website they had signed the striker. Cook joins on loan for the remainder of the season tasked with firing Tranmere to safety in League One.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the Tranmere website about his return, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tranmererovers.co.uk\/news\/2020\/january\/cook-buzzing-to-be-back\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cook said<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019m buzzing to be back. As soon as I found out about the interest, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m relieved and I can\u2019t wait to get back playing at Tranmere and hopefully do what I did the last time I was there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fans were good to me, everyone was good to me, so it was a no brainer to come back. I had an unbelievable time here and I don\u2019t think I could have let this opportunity go. I\u2019m so happy I\u2019ve sorted it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know the chairman and the manager, and a few of the players, so it has made things so much easier for me.
