But, they have now lost four games in succession.<\/p>\n<h2>Wolfsburg Remain Unbeaten After <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Victor<\/a>y Over Union Berlin<\/h2>\n<h3>Wolfsburg Unbeaten but Union Looking for a win<\/h3>\n<p>Union Berlin have suffered four successive defeats now since their incredible win over <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonfootball.com\/2019\/09\/01\/dortmund-union-berlin-first-victory\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Borussia Dortmund<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But, in each defeat, <em>Die Eisernen\u00a0<\/em>have improved and will feel aggrieved not to have come away from the Volkswagen Arena with a point.<\/p>\n<p>Dutch striker <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/c4e87b8b\/Wout-Weghorst?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wout Weghorst<\/a> scored the games only goal midway through the second half, despite Union&#8217;s resilient defence.<\/p>\n<p>Union tweaked their formation following last weeks defeat against <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonfootball.com\/2019\/09\/28\/union-berlin-fall-to-eintracht-frankfurt\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eintracht Frankfurt<\/a>, and it proved successful in the overall performance. Urs Fischer&#8217;s men put in another promising performance, but once again, they weren&#8217;t clinical enough in front of goal.<\/p>\n<p>Union also, conceded a second-half penalty, but the decision was overturned by VAR. Despite that, Weghorst found the opener soon after when the Dutchman struck from close range.<\/p>\n<p>Union now drop to 16th in the Bundesliga with just four points from seven games.
