Premier League Transfer Rumours: Deadline Day Edition<\/h2>\n

Transfer Rumours – Manchester City<\/h3>\n

According to Alex Milne of the Daily Mirror<\/a>, Manchester City are set to sign goalkeeper Scott Carson<\/a> from Derby County.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old featured 30 times for Derby last season as they narrowly missed out on promotion to the Premier League. However, he was replaced by Kelle Roos<\/a> midway through the season.<\/p>\n

It appears that Carson will deputise as third choice for Manchester City this season should he sign.<\/p>\n

Manchester United Looking at Mario Mandzukic?<\/h3>\n

Sky Sources<\/a> believe that Manchester United are looking at Mario Mandzukic<\/a> as a replacement for Romelu Lukaku<\/a>. The Belgian looks set to leave Old Trafford for Inter Milan.<\/p>\n

The Croatian played second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo<\/a> last season at Juventus<\/a>. However, he did manager ten goals in all competitions.<\/p>\n

Mandzukic may not be the only arrival at Old Trafford today. David Wood of the Daily Mail<\/a> reports that United are looking to complete a deal for Inaki Williams<\/a> of Athletic Bilbao. The 25-year-old scored 12 goals last season in La Liga.<\/p>\n

Wolves Looking for Further Reinforcements at Centre-Back<\/h3>\n

According to Ashley Preece of the Birmingham Mail<\/a>, Wolves<\/a> are looking to sign Juventus<\/a> centre-back Daniele Rugani<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Italian was a target for Arsenal<\/a> earlier in the window. However, they failed to pull off a deal, reportedly offering a two-year loan.<\/p>\n

It now looks like Wolves are the front-runners for his signature. Last season Rugani made 19 appearances in all competitions.<\/p>\n

Aston Villa in the Market for yet Another Signing<\/h3>\n

Duncan Robinson of the Daily Star<\/a> writes that Aston Villa<\/a> are interested in RB Leipzig striker Jean-Kevin Augustin<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Last season the Frenchman scored just five goals as he struggled for appearances with the German club.<\/p>\n

He would become the 13th arrival at Villa Park this summer if he signs.<\/p>\n
