According to James Ducker of The Telegraph<\/a>, Manchester United are stepping up their interest in Tottenham<\/a>‘s Christian Eriksen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Eriksen has been a key figure at Tottenham for a number of seasons now. Last season he registered 10 goals and 15 assists in all competitions, including eight goals in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

However, the 27-year-old has just one year left on his contract with Tottenham. As a result, Tottenham are looking to receive a fee instead of losing him on a free next summer.<\/p>\n

Tottenham Challenging Arsenal for Coutinho?<\/h3>\n

As a result of Christian Eriksen’s potential exit from Tottenham, manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking for a replacement. Gary Jacob and Paul Hirst of The Times<\/a> claim that they are looking to sign Philippe Coutinho<\/a> on loan.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian has been reportedly been unsettled since his move to Spain in 2018. However, last season he made 46 appearances in all competitions, scoring eight times.<\/p>\n

Tottenham are not the only club looking to sign the ex-Liverpool star. According to Bilel Ghazi of L’Equipe<\/a>, north London rivals Arsenal<\/a> are also attempting to sign Coutinho.<\/p>\n

Yet Another Centre-Back on Arsenal’s Radar<\/h3>\n

Arsenal’s quest for a new addition at centre-back has taken yet another turn. John Cross of the Daily Mirror<\/a> writes that they are interested in Dayot Upamecano<\/a> of RB Leipzig.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old is highly-regarded across Europe. Last season he made 19 appearances in all competitions, as Leipzig finished third in the Bundesliga.<\/p>\n

The move is likely to be helped by the fact that Laurent Koscielny<\/a> has left The Emirates to join<\/a> Bordeaux<\/a>. The Frenchman spent nine years with The Gunners.<\/p>\n
