With many fantasy managers deploying the wildcard chip, this could be a make or break gameweek.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 34 Tips<\/h1>\n<h2>Gameweek 34 Best Single Match-Ups<\/h2>\n<p>The season is coming to an end but the team-building strategies are still as complicated as ever. <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/brighton-hove-albion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brighton and Hove Albion<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/cardiff-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cardiff City<\/a> have double games this week but next week there are eight teams with two games. Hence, many fantasy managers are deploying the wildcard this week with a plan to use bench boost the next.\u00a0Trying to cover all bases is not at all easy though. There is not much time left as well with yet another Friday deadline.<\/p>\n<p>For those not deploying the wildcard chip, this gameweek\u00a0does have some nice fixtures.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/leicester-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Leicester City<\/a> are in great form and play <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/newcastle-united\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Newcastle United<\/a> at home this Friday. <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/45963054\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jamie Vardy<\/a> is playing really well while\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/ee38d9c5\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">James Maddison<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/56f7a928\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Youri Tielemans<\/a> are other good options to consider.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/everton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Everton<\/a> are in good form and they travel to <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/fulham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fulham<\/a>. Let&#8217;s do a team-by-team analysis of the teams that have double games in either Gameweek\u00a034 or 35. Hopefully, it will help you best utilise the wildcard.<\/p>\n<h3>Arsenal<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/watford\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Watford<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/crystal-palace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Crystal Palace<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/wolves-club-analysis-news-fixtures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wolves<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/feeds\/arsenalfootball-co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arsenal<\/a> have two tricky-looking away matches to come in the Premier League. In addition, they have two legs with Napoli to deal with as well in the Europa League. With two home games to come, their defensive options are probably safer. <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/4535e4bb\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mathew Ryan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/7314bba4\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shane Duffy<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/282f75f3\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lewis Dunk<\/a> are the best options on paper.<\/p>\n<h3>Cardiff City<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/burnley\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Burnley<\/a>, Brighton, Liverpool<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Their fixtures are hardly tempting so most fantasy managers will likely stay away from struggling Cardiff. However,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/00979380\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">V\u00edctor<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/b2d03887\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Camarasa<\/a> is a decent looking midfield option at a nice price.<\/p>\n<h3>Manchester United<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/west-ham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">West Ham United<\/a>, Everton, Manchester City<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/manchester-united\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manchester United<\/a> have gone off the boil somewhat in recent weeks. They have some tough matchups to come with the Barcelona away leg in the Champion League to consider as well. So, the units might probably be better invested elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Manchester City<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: Crystal Palace, Spurs, Manchester United<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/manchester-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manchester City<\/a> have not looked at their scintillating best in recent weeks. <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2019\/04\/10\/son-heung-min-delivers-for-tottenham-hotspur-as-a-cynical-manchester-city-ride-their-luck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">They lost to Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League<\/a> in a tight game as well. However, they have the ability to turn it on in any match. Still, Pep Guardiola&#8217;s rotation policy means none of their players are safe, except maybe Ederson. One should consider <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/b400bde0\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Raheem Sterling<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/4d034881\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sergio Ag\u00fcero<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/119b9a8e\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aymeric Laporte<\/a>\u00a0as they are likely to get the most minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>Southampton<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: Wolves, Newcastle, Watford<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/southampton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Southampton<\/a> have three quite evenly matched fixtures in the next couple of weeks. The Saints need points to survive the drop. The two matches at Manchester City will probably tire the players though. This could force Pocchettino to rotate in the easier looking matches. With <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/21a66f6a\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Harry Kane<\/a> injured,\u00a0Heung-Min Son will be required to step up. <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/21512407\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kieran Trippier<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/980522ec\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Christian Eriksen<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/cea4ee8f\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dele Alli<\/a> are other decent options. One might also look at <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/8f62b6ee\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hugo Lloris<\/a> as their starting keeper for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n<h3>Watford<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fixtures against: Arsenal, Huddersfield, Southampton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/clubs\/watford\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Watford<\/a> are in high spirits after <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2019\/04\/07\/watford-through-to-fa-cup-final-to-face-manchester-city-after-stunning-comeback-against-wolverhampton-wanderers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reaching the FA Cup final in dramatic fashion<\/a>. This poses an interesting dilemma though. Will their players now try to save themselves for the big final or will they be raring to go after such a huge win? <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/82e34b69\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Troy Deeney<\/a> has a history of scoring against Arsenal and should be considered very strongly. <a href=\"https:\/\/fbref.com\/en\/players\/d0b3ceb9\/?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ben Foster<\/a> is a solid keeper and those fixtures should tempt you.
