Welcome back to Football Transfer News by Last Word on Football. In this edition, we take a closer look at the latest goings-on in the futures of Chelsea’s<\/a> Eden Hazard, Matteo Darmian of Manchester United<\/a>, Paris Saint-Germain<\/a> forward Neymar and Napoli defender Elseid Heysaj.<\/p>\n

Latest on Eden Hazard, Darmian, Neymar and Heysaj<\/h1>\n

Hazard Move Reportedly Begun<\/h2>\n

Despite Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri publically declaring that contract talks were underway<\/a> with Eden Hazard, Onda Madrid are claiming<\/a> that Real Madrid have agreed personal terms with the Belgian winger.<\/p>\n

While this would be a big step in the long-running saga, it’s still far from its conclusion. The same report claims that Chelsea are holding out for \u20ac170 million, a fee that Madrid are unwilling to pay. Instead, Los Blancos are eyeing a deal that involves the part-exchange of Mateo Kovacic, who is currently on loan at Stamford Bridge from Madrid.<\/p>\n

Darmian Could Return to Italy<\/h2>\n

Matteo Darmian has hardly made a mark on the Premier League since his arrival in 2015. Often used as a scapegoat by United fans for poor performances, Inter Milan could be about to offer the Italy international an escape.<\/p>\n

According to La Gazzetta dello\u00a0Sport<\/a>, Inter are eyeing up the United man as an alternative to Croatia’s Sime Vrsjalko, who has had a slow start to the Serie A season.<\/p>\n

The move would put to an end a rather poor few years for Darmian and would allow Jose Mourinho to, once again, re-shape his defence at Old Trafford and bring in some new talent, or allow more game time to youngster Diogo Dalot.<\/p>\n

Neymar Hints at Premier League Move<\/h2>\n

PSG forward Neymar has hinted that he would be open to a Premier League move during his career. In a video posted to the player’s official YouTube channel<\/a>, he said: “We don’t know how tomorrow will be, but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play on the Premier League.”<\/p>\n

Manchester United have been linked with the Brazilian in the past but may not have the funds to complete the move. Manchester City<\/a> would appear to be the only club financially capable of signing Neymar but, with their recent FFP investigations, they may steer clear.<\/p>\n

Heysaj Another Napoli Target For Sarri<\/h2>\n

After arriving at Chelsea from Napoli with their playmaker, Jorginho, Maurizio Sarri is now targetting another player from Gli Azzurri.<\/p>\n

Albania international Elseid Heysaj has a \u20ac50 million release clause according to Calcio Mercato<\/a>\u00a0but is the next target in Sarri’s overhaul at Chelsea. The defender would likely go into his usual right-back slot, pushing Cesar Azpilicueta, who recently signed a new deal, into left-back, leaving Marcos Alonso with a decision to make regarding his future.<\/p>\n

This is reportedly the third time that Chelsea have attempted to sign the 24-year old but, with Sarri and Jorginho now at the club as well, Napoli may find it a much harder task to refuse the move to Heysaj.<\/p>\n
