Jens Petter Hauge Completes AC Milan Move From Bodø/Glimt

Jens Petter Hauge

Following an impressive season with Bodø Glimt in his home country of Norway, Jens Petter Hauge has earned himself a move to AC Milan, signing a five-year deal for a reported €5 million fee.

The deal sees the 20-year-old winger complete what must be a dream move after taking Norway by storm with Bodø/Glimt. He now has the chance to do the same in Italy and help Milan take a crucial step back into the top tier of European football.

Jens Petter Hauge Completes Move to AC Milan

Plenty of Potential

The talent of Petter Hauge is impressive, but his potential talent is incredible, and one AC Milan must unlock. The Norwegian netted 14 goals in just 18 appearances in the Eliteserien last season, alongside the also impressive tally of nine assists to take his total goal contributions to 23 in 17 games.

He is just one of a plethora of Norwegian talents ready to take their country into a fresh, more exciting footballing era. At 20-years-old, too, Hauge will only improve, especially when playing alongside Erling Haaland for the national team.

The Italian giants know first hand the damage he can cause, too, after falling victim to his goalscoring touch in a recent 3-2 win over Bodø/Glimt. If that was Hauge’s initiation, he passed with flying colours.

Latest Piece of AC Milan Rebuild

AC Milan’s rebuild looks finally underway with Stefano Pioli at the helm. They have mixed the experience of the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimović with the more youthful Brahim Diaz and Sandro Tonali to create a combination fit for Champions League qualification.

Hauge is just the latest piece of the puzzle, too, in Milan’s potential return to where they belong. The young forward should ensure goals for years to come in Italy after hitting ever height possible in Norway.
