Cut orange and lemon into thin slices to create wheels, and discard ends. Put the fruit into a 2.5-quart pitcher.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-13378-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pour apple cider, ginger ale, whiskey, and lemon juice into the pitcher. During the fall and winter months, I add a cinnamon stick for garnish too.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p><\/main><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.oldwisconsin.com\/recipes\/spicy-snack-mix\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spicy Snack Mix<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>A snack mix with a meaty twist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"orange\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 oz Old Wisconsin Snack Sticks &#8211; sliced<\/li>\n<li>8 oz Rice Chex cereal<\/li>\n<li>4 oz pecans<\/li>\n<li>4 oz walnuts<\/li>\n<li>4 oz pistachios<\/li>\n<li>4 oz milk chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>2 oz maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 tbl mesquite seasoning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"orange\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 deg F.<\/li>\n<li>In a hot skillet, saut\u00e9 Old Wisconsin Snack Sticks until the fat renders out.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, add pecans, walnuts, pistachios, and Snack Sticks. Add maple syrup and mesquite seasoning, and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Pour mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and place in the oven, stirring every five minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Roast mixture for fifteen minutes, or until nuts have browned and release a nutty aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>When completely cooled, add Rice Chex cereal and chocolate chips, and mix well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"mntl-sc-block_14-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block southernliving-sc-block-heading mntl-sc-block-heading\"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.southernliving.com\/cheese-slaw-8628134\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"mntl-sc-block-heading__text\">Cheese Slaw<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>This looked interesting and very versatile to me. I think you could customize it in so many ways.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-ingredient-quantity=\"true\">1<\/span> <span data-ingredient-unit=\"true\">lb.<\/span> <span data-ingredient-name=\"true\">Swiss cheese<\/span>, shredded (about 4 cups)<\/li>\n<li><span data-ingredient-quantity=\"true\">3\/4<\/span> <span data-ingredient-unit=\"true\">cup<\/span><span data-ingredient-name=\"true\"> finely chopped mild banana peppers<\/span> (from 1 [16-oz.] jar)<\/li>\n<li><span data-ingredient-quantity=\"true\">3\/4<\/span> <span data-ingredient-unit=\"true\">cup<\/span> <span data-ingredient-name=\"true\">mayonnaise<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-ingredient-quantity=\"true\">2<\/span> <span data-ingredient-unit=\"true\">medium<\/span> (1 1\/2 oz. total) <span data-ingredient-name=\"true\">scallions<\/span>, chopped (about 1\/2 cup)<\/li>\n<li><span data-ingredient-quantity=\"true\">1\/3<\/span> <span data-ingredient-unit=\"true\">cup<\/span> <span data-ingredient-name=\"true\">finely chopped jalape\u00f1o chile<\/span> (from 1 [2-oz.] chile)<\/li>\n<li><span data-ingredient-name=\"true\">Crackers or crudit\u00e9<\/span>, for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"mntl-sc-block_23-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block southernliving-sc-block-subheading mntl-sc-block-subheading\">Stir together Swiss cheese, banana peppers, mayonnaise, scallions, and jalape\u00f1o in a large bowl until evenly combined and coated.<\/li>\n<li class=\"comp mntl-sc-block southernliving-sc-block-subheading mntl-sc-block-subheading\">Cover and chill until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes or up to 1 week.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with crackers or crudit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"dr-pepper-crock-pot-ribs\" class=\"wprm-recipe-name wprm-block-text-none\"><a  href=\"https:\/\/anaffairfromtheheart.com\/slow-cooker-dr-pepper-bbq-ribs\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dr. Pepper Crock Pot Ribs<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>YUMMY! Cover and slow cook for 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11846-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with foil then place a wire rack over the top.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11846-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Combine 3\/4 cup BBQ sauce with 1\/2 cup Dr. Pepper soda.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11846-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker, and place them on the rack. Brush tops with sauce. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and brush the other side. For ease, I recommend lining the pan with parchment paper and spraying that, too.<\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Method__m-Step\">In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Method__m-Step\">In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and 1\/4 cup of the butterscotch chips until the mixture is smooth. Transfer it to the bowl of a stand mixer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Method__m-Step\">Beat the brown sugar into the butter mixture, then the egg. Add the vanilla and bourbon and beat until combined. Add the flour mixture and beat until incorporated. Stir in the remaining 1\/2 cup butterscotch chips.<\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Method__m-Step\">Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with not too much stuck to it.
