Go, teams!<\/p>\n<h2>Tasty Tailgate Treats Championship Weekend<\/h2>\n<h2>Big 12 Style<\/h2>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepioneerwoman.com\/food-cooking\/recipes\/a40255920\/cowboy-cookies-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cowboy Cookies\u00a0<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredient-lists css-xm7ys2 eno1xhi3\">\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 cup\u00a0salted butter, divided<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 cup\u00a0packed\u00a0brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1\/2 cup\u00a0granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">2\u00a0large eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">2 tsp.\u00a0vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">2 cups\u00a0all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 tsp.\u00a0baking soda<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1\/2 tsp.\u00a0ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 1\/2 cups\u00a0old-fashioned rolled oats<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 cup\u00a0chopped pecans<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">1 cup\u00a0coconut flakes<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">2 cups\u00a0chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-159vyx5 eno1xhi2\">Flaky salt, for sprinkling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"css-19p7hma et3p2gv0\">\n<li>In a medium saucepan, brown 1\/2 cup of butter by melting it over medium heat, then letting it cook and bubble for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the foam and butter underneath is golden brown. Immediately transfer it to a large, heatproof mixing bowl and swirl a few times to help stop the\u00a0browning. Let it\u00a0cool to room temperature, for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, allow the remaining 1\/2 cup of butter to soften.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u02daF.<\/li>\n<li>To the browned butter, add the softened 1\/2 cup of butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using a stand or hand mixer, beat on medium-high speed until the mixture has\u00a0lightened in color and texture, 2 to 3 minutes.\u00a0Reduce the mixer speed to low. Add the eggs and vanilla, and\u00a0beat until smooth, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.<\/li>\n<li>In another medium bowl, whisk to combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture\u00a0to the butter mixture in 3 parts, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated after each addition.\u00a0Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the oats, pecans, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips, and mix on low speed or stir with a spatula to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a\u00a02-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2\u00a0inches of space between each cookie. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown and dry in appearance\u00a0on top. Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Add the roast back to the pot, add the butter on top of the roast, add cherry peppers and their juice on top and around the roast, then sprinkle with both seasoning packets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cook at high pressure for 45 minutes.
