Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. Divide into 36 portions; set aside. In another large bowl, combine the flour and milk until smooth. Add cheese and bacon; mix lightly but thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the cheese mixture into 36 balls. Shape 1 beef portion around each cheese ball. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs for coating. Place cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip meatballs into beaten eggs, then coat with crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a large cast iron or another heavy skillet over medium heat. Place it back on the plate. Prepare a baking sheet with a little nonstick cooking spray or fit a baking rack inside.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_101_2\">Wrap each onion with one slice of bacon, careful to keep the overlapping to a minimum. Place wrapped onion on baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_101_3\">Sprinkle each. onion with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes and carefully turn onions. Bake another 15-25 minutes until bacon is browned and crispy.
