But, in the jostling for the top spot, who will come in number one this week? This was the most efficient he&#8217;s looked all year, especially off of a two-interception game last week against ULM. Be that as it may, Stroud threw for 281 yards and five touchdowns as the Buckeyes demolished Wisconsin, 52-21. Fresh off their win over Florida the top 10 Vols now have a top five finalist in Hooker. He&#8217;s been one of the most prolific quarterbacks over the past two years with 39 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Anderson remains the best defensive player in the country but due to his position, he&#8217;ll have to continue to put up game-changing numbers on the defensive line.
