In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk until light and frothy. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove slices from the pan to drain on paper towels. Pour out most of the bacon\/sausage fat but leave about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the egg mixture into the skillet then immediately turn down the heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally with a spatula or wooden spoon. When the eggs are nearly set, season with salt and pepper and stir in chives. Remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Spread cream cheese onto the bottom halves of the bagels then place in the greased baking dish, side by side. Spread egg mixture over bagels then crumbles cooked bacon\/sausage on top.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with cheddar then add the bagel tops. Brush with bagel tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried onion, granulated garlic, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until the bagels are toasty and the cheese has melted about 10 minutes. Press the beef into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish into a flat and even layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Add in the diced onion and stir to coat. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant. Drain excess oil FULLY and set aside.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-40736-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-40736-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Top the bottom half of the rolls with the cooked beef, then the onions, then slices of cheese in a single layer. Line a 9\u00d713 pan with foil.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Prepare meatballs according to package instructions. (Can be done anyway, they just need to be cooked and hot.)<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Keeping the buns intact, cut Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise carefully so they stay together.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic salt.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Place one meatball onto each bun section of the sweet rolls. Top with marinara sauce and layer with cheese slices so they cover the whole bottom section.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Top with top bun section and brush with garlic butter.<\/li>\n<li
