Sooners Ink Theo Wease
Wease played in Allen, Texas this season at Allen High School. He has benefited from an outstanding senior season at the receiver position. Wease will have the opportunity to start as a true freshman at a loaded position due to his size and ability to stretch the field vertically.
Wease verbally committed to the Sooners in April. The Sooners beat out Texas A&M for his services.
The Sooners will most likely lose Marquise Brown to the NFL, but the other leading receivers remain. Wease will likely battle on the outside for a starting spot. Look for him to contribute immediately in some capacity.
