One of the most sought after prospects in South Florida made it official inking early with Miami. Gurvan Hall ended his recruitment process in March, committing to the hometown Hurricanes. He did so even after Nick Saban personally visited his high school via helicopter to recruit Hall. Other notable scholarship offers include LSU, Virginia Tech, Louisville and Auburn. The four star prospect out of West Palm Beach will showcase his talent in the Under Armour All-American game.
Gurvan Hall Set To Enroll Early
Shortly after the Under Armour game, Hall will be enrolling at the University of Miami for the spring semester. There is plenty of buzz around Hall and his potential as a player. So much so that the Hurricanes plan on giving the Palm Beach Gardens product the coveted number 26 jersey. Those familiar with the history of safeties at Miami know that Sean Taylor once donned the number during his time with the Hurricanes.
Miami signed another Palm Beach safety in Amari Carter last season, who made an immediate impact this season. Paired together many believe that the two will be the future starters at Miami within the next two seasons.
