Consensus Top-100 2025 prospect Jalen Reece<\/a> cut his college list down to seven schools on Wednesday. The 5-10 point guard is now considering LSU, Penn State, Providence, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Dayton, Providence, and USF.<\/p>\n

3 Ohio Major DI Program Among 7 Teams to Make Cut for Top-15 Point Guard, Who Has Two Upcoming Official Visits<\/h2>\n

Reece is regarded as one of the top point guards in the country due to his playmaking and ball-handling skills. Reece is a traditional pass-first lead guard who always looks to get his teammates involved first. He excels at getting the ball to them on time and on target. He also has the ability to score on all three levels and is an excellent shooter.<\/p>\n

Reece had a strong junior season, leading Oak Ridge (Orlando, FL) to a 27-5 record and No. 7 ranking in MaxPreps Super 25 rankings, falling to Columbus (Miami) in the 8A championship game. R averaged 15.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 3.3 steals for the season while shooting 57% from the field and 50% from deep.<\/p>\n

Reece participated in training camp with USA Basketball U17 Junior National team this summer. He was also one of the top performers at the Pangos Camp.<\/p>\n
