Additionally, he played a big role in the Los Angeles Lakers&#8217; championship victory, also against the Heat, in 2020. Prior to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/h\/holidjr01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=lastwordonsports.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-06-20_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jrue Holiday<\/a> winning a championship this season with the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2024\/06\/18\/the-boston-celtics-win-the-2024-nba-finals-champions\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Boston Celtics<\/a>, Caldwell-Pope was the only player to win multiple NBA rings in the 2020s decade.<\/p>\n<h2>Philadelphia 76ers Expected to Pursue Multi-Time NBA Champion?<\/h2>\n<h3>Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is Not the Only Name on the 76ers&#8217; Wishlist<\/h3>\n<p>For the past few months, reports indicated that the 76ers will likley have an aggressive <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2024\/06\/02\/2024-nba-offseason-preview-whats-next-for-the-76ers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">offseason<\/a> this summer. So far, they have been linked to big names, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/g\/georgpa01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=lastwordonsports.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-06-20_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paul George<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/b\/butleji01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=lastwordonsports.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-06-20_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jimmy Butler<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/i\/ingrabr01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=lastwordonsports.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-06-20_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brandon Ingram<\/a>, among many others. Additionally, they have expressed interest in New York Knicks wing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/a\/anunoog01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=lastwordonsports.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-06-20_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OG Anunoby<\/a>. However, according to HoopsHype&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/hoopshype.com\/rumor\/leaguewide-expectation-is-og-anunoby-re-signs-with-knicks\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michael Scotto<\/a>, the expectation is that Anunoby will remain in New York. Furthermore, Scotto clarified that George remains Philadelphia&#8217;s &#8220;top target.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The leaguewide expectation is that OG Anunoby will return to the Knicks. The question is, for how much? From executives I\u2019ve talked to around the league, Anunoby\u2019s floor appears to be $35 million, and his ceiling is a max contract. Philadelphia will be looking for a 3-and-D small forward and has the max cap space to make the offer if they believe they\u2019ll miss out on their top target, Paul George.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Although he is a shooting guard, Caldwell-Pope can offer Philadelphia the 3-and-D addition they are seeking.<\/p>\n<h3>Are Other Teams Eying Kentavious Caldwell-Pope?<\/h3>\n<p>According to Sidery, the 76ers are not the only team who could have interest in adding Caldwell-Pope to their roster. Additionally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/fannation\/nba\/fastbreak\/denver-nuggets-could-reportedly-lose-nba-champion-in-free-agency-kcp-upcoming-free-agency\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sidery<\/a> noted that the San Antonio Spurs and Orlando Magic could pursue the two-time NBA champion. Sidery also said that the Nuggets would like to re-sign Caldwell-Pope.
