Though acknowledging the Frenchman <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2024\/05\/13\/2024-nba-draft-potential-no-1-pick-excited-to-play-for-hawks\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">could be in play<\/a> for them at No. 1, he refused to divulge much more than that. He\u2019s averaging 10.7 points and 3.6 rebounds in 22.7 minutes per game on the season, shooting 38.8 percent from 3. As the Hawks work out the kinks in their frontcourt, Risacher could become a foundational piece.<\/p>\n<h3>Saddiq Bey<\/h3>\n<p>Though a tough defender, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/b\/beysa01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Saddiq Bey<\/a> didn\u2019t perform well as a stretch-four in 2023-24, shooting a career-low 31.6 percent from 3. Furthermore, after suffering <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2024\/03\/11\/hawks-lose-starter-saddiq-bey-injury\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">a season-ending knee injury<\/a> in late March, his future with the team could be in jeopardy. Bey will be a restricted free agent this offseason. Risacher could be his replacement.<\/p>\n<h3>De\u2019Andre Hunter<\/h3>\n<p>Risacher could also be an affordable alternative to former fourth overall pick <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/h\/huntede01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">De\u2019Andre Hunter<\/a>. Last offseason, Atlanta was determined to move Hunter but didn\u2019t find any takers. With him averaging 15.6 points per game on 38.5 percent shooting from 3 (both career-highs) in 2023-24, that may change.
