Miami Heat shooting guard Tyler Herro<\/a> may return sooner than anticipated.<\/p>\n

Herro has been sidelined since Feb. 23, initially leaving the matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans after hyperextending his knee. A week later, Herro began to feel the discomfort of a medial tendinitis flare-up in his right foot. The fifth-year pro received a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection<\/a> on Mar. 15 to speed up his recovery process. After the procedure, he had a three-week timeline<\/a>; \u201c a week off, followed by a two-week ramp up,\u201d per the South Florida Sun Sentinel\u2019s Ira Winderman.<\/p>\n

Tyler Herro Claps Back at Erroneous Injury Report<\/h2>\n

On Wednesday, The Athletic\u2019s Shams Charania made his usual appearance on Run It Back, saying \u201cthere\u2019s no real sense\u201d of when Herro will return.<\/p>\n
