The 11-time <strong>All-Star<\/strong> forward missed the second halves of the past two seasons, a total of 67 games, due to blood clot episodes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Chris Bosh Announces He Is Healthy Enough to Play<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bosh <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/sports\/nba\/miami-heat\/article101794482.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">claimed in the podcast<\/a>, &#8220;I\u2019m ready to play&#8230;I am in incredible shape, at least decent enough.&#8221; These are encouraging signs from Bosh, who has mostly remained quite with regard to his health. Prior to this announcement, it was unknown whether he would be healthy enough for the start of the season, or if he would even be able to play at all this year.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the severity of the case, blood clots can be career-threatning or even life-threatening. Thankfully for Bosh, 32,\u00a0his condition will allow him to continue\u00a0to play in the <strong>NBA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bosh holds career averages of 19.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game while shooting 49.4% from the field. He has been with the Heat since 2010, where he has won two championship rings alongside <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/j\/jamesle01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LeBron James<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/w\/wadedw01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dwyane Wade<\/a><\/strong>.
