On Saturday, Brown became <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcsportsboston.com\/nba\/boston-celtics\/celtics-star-jaylen-brown-to-play-in-big3-all-star-game-in-london\/549816\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the first active NBA player to play in a BIG3 game<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, participating in the All-Star game in London. Joe Johnson initially left the league in 2021 after a storied playing career from 2001 to 2018, which included seven All-Star selections. \u201cIso Joe\u201d continued playing basketball and joined the BIG3 in 2019. He dominated and eventually became the league\u2019s two-time MVP. After a season where he averaged 22.8 points per game and led the BIG3 in scoring, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketballnetwork.net\/old-school\/joe-johnson-recalls-signing-a-10-day-contract-to-retire-as-a-celtic\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Johnson signed a ten-day contract with the Celtics<\/a>\u00a0to retire with the team<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0that drafted him in 2001. It\u2019s also worth noting that Crawford and Stewart were both integral parts of the Enemies\u2019 championship squad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crawford showed he has the talent to continue his basketball career at 34.
