For years, Don\u010di\u0107 has gained a reputation for playing himself into shape during the season. As the Lakers fell to the Timberwolves<\/a> in the first round, everyone saw he ran out of gas late in games. JJ Redick called him out indirectly. He told the team to get in \u201cchampionship shape.\u201d Luka listened.<\/p>\n

Photos across social media show a noticeably slimmer Don\u010di\u0107. Even new teammate Deandre Ayton<\/a> couldn\u2019t help but comment. \u201cHearing about the kind of shape he’s been in, he’s super ripped and I’m finally glad to be on his side,\u201d Ayton said<\/a>. The Lakers’ conditioning movement got its new poster boy.<\/p>\n
