Despite the <\/span>ongoing<\/span><\/a> Deandre Ayton<\/span><\/a> sweepstakes and the <\/span>addition of a young wing<\/span><\/a> in <\/span>Jake LaRavia<\/span><\/a>, Lakers fans are waiting with bated breath as to who their starting big man will be. One name under \u201cserious consideration\u201d is also the last one fans would think about welcoming: Celtics veteran <\/span>Al Horford<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Sam Amick and Dan Woike of The Athletic, the Lakers are considering the 18-year veteran Horford. While Woike noted that \u201cthe Lakers are still evaluating other options in free agency and via trade,\u201d Amick doubled down, adding: \u201c…this might take some time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
