(126.3 win shares). Win shares were taken from Basketball Reference.<\/p>\n<h2>The Best Father\/Son NBA Duos By Win Shares<\/h2>\n<h3>1. LeBron and Bronny James (271.2 Win Shares)<\/h3>\n<p>Of course, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/j\/jamesle01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LeBron James<\/a> is the reason this father\/son duo is atop the list. The all-time leading scorer has the second-most win shares (271.4) in league history and should be surpassing <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/a\/abdulka01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kareem Abdul-Jabbar<\/a> (273.4) next season. Even with negative win shares in his first year (-0.2), LeBron\u2019s greatness ensures they are first on this list.<\/p>\n<h3>2. John and David Stockton (207.8 Win Shares)<\/h3>\n<p>The all-time leader in assists and steals, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/s\/stockjo01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">John Stockton<\/a> (207.7) played his entire 19-year career with the Utah Jazz. The legendary point guard had 13 different seasons where he reached double figures in win shares.<\/p>\n<p><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/s\/stockda01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Stockton<\/a> (0.1) saw action in just six regular season games. He got into three outings with the Sacramento Kings in 2014-15 and three with his father\u2019s lone team in 2017-18.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Dolph and Danny Schayes (191.2 Win Shares)<\/h3>\n<p>One of the first real NBA superstars, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/s\/schaydo01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dolph Schayes<\/a> (142.4) did much of his damage in the 1950s. A 12-time All-NBA member, he was named to the NBA\u2019s 75th Anniversary Team. Dolph had eight seasons of win shares reaching double figures.<\/p>\n<p>While <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/s\/schayda01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Danny Schayes<\/a> (48.8) wasn\u2019t as productive as his pops, he had a lengthy career. He spent 18 seasons in the league, and his 1,138 regular season games are the 69th-most in NBA history.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Joe and Kobe Bryant (185.6 Win Shares)<\/h3>\n<p><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/b\/bryanjo01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Bryant<\/a> (12.9) certainly didn\u2019t have the career his son had, but he did spend eight years in the league. He averaged at least 10 points per contest in the last three seasons he played in.<\/p>\n<p>A five-time champion, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/b\/bryanko01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kobe Bryant<\/a> (172.7) is seen as one of the all-time greats of the game. Spending all 20 of his seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, he was an 18-time All-Star and 15-time <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2025\/05\/24\/all-nba-team-of-players-werent-eligible-due-to-games\/\" target=\"_self\">All-NBA<\/a> member. In 11 different seasons, Kobe finished with more than 10 win shares.<\/p>\n<h3>Dell and Stephen Curry (184.6 Win Shares)<\/h3>\n<p>A 16-year veteran, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/c\/curryde01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dell Curry<\/a> (41.5) is the Charlotte Hornets franchise leader in games played (701). A microwave off the bench for much of his career, he won <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/basketball\/2025\/04\/22\/celtics-payton-pritchard-wins-sixth-man-of-the-year\/\" target=\"_self\">Sixth Man of the Year<\/a> in 1993-94. He shot 40.2% from three-point territory for his career, and he led the league at 47.6% in 1998-99.<\/p>\n<p>The all-time leader in three-point makes, <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/c\/curryst01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stephen Curry<\/a> (143.1) is a four-time champion with the Golden State Warriors.
