The Timberwolves are going to need to come out with a dominant Game 2 performance to get the bad taste of Game 1 out of their mouth. With Minnesota favored by double digits, there’s plenty of intrigue surrounding individual stat lines and potential breakout performances. Game 2 offers a ton of prop betting opportunities for those who aren’t quite sure how to predict the outcome of the game. Let’s look at the best Wolves vs Warriors prop bets for Game 2.

The 3 Best Game 2 Wolves Vs Warriors Prop Bets

*All Wolves-Warriors player props odds for Game 2 are courtesy of Bovada as of Wednesday.

Anthony Edwards: Over 7.5 rebounds (+106)

Anthony Edwards has been struggling from three over the last couple of games. This doesn’t mean that he hasn’t made an impact in different parts of the game. Edwards was all over the boards in Game 1 against the Warriors, and has been rebounding excellently all playoffs long.

During the regular season, Edwards only averaged 5.7 rebounds a game. In the playoffs, he doesn’t have a single game with fewer than six. Edwards has grabbed more than seven rebounds in five of the six Timberwolves playoff games so far. He is averaging 9.3 rebounds and grabbed 14 boards last game. We think that Edwards is going to continue to be strong on the glass in Game 2, which is why we like it as one of the best Wolves vs Warriors prop bets for Game 2.

Jimmy Butler: Over 6.5 assists (-108)

May 6, 2025; Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA; Minnesota Timberwolves guard Donte DiVincenzo (0) defends against Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler (10) in the fourth quarter during game one of the second round for the 2025 NBA Playoffs at Target Center. With Stephen Curry out with a hamstring strain, the Warriors will need to lean a lot more on Butler offensively. He has notched at least seven assists in all three of the Warriors’ last three games. With the Wolves trying to stop his scoring, look for Butler to notch a healthy amount of assists in Game 2.

Rudy Gobert: Over 9.5 points (-120)

One result of the Curry hamstring injury is that Rudy Gobert can stay on the floor even more. Gobert only played 26 minutes in Game 1, but we are expecting to see a bit more of him in Game 2. Gobert had only nine points in Game 1 and has only scored in double-digits once in these entire playoffs. Still, we think that Game 2 will be a big opportunity for Gobert to get back on the scoring board. The Warriors are one of the smallest teams in the league, and Gobert should be able to take advantage of that. This is a riskier Wolves-Warriors player prop, but Gobert could be in line for a big Game 2.

Featured image: © Bruce Kluckhohn-Imagn Images

After a dismal shooting performance in Game 1, the Minnesota Timberwolves need to bounce back and capitalize on their home-court advantage, while the Golden State Warriors look to build on their surprising series lead despite injury setbacks.
