Warriors’ Draymond Green Shuts Down Fatigue Concerns<\/h2>\n

Over the past few months, the Warriors have slowly emerged as a dark horse threat to contend in the Western Conference. The addition of Jimmy Butler<\/a> breathed new life into the team, as they went on to go 23-8 following the blockbuster deal. While Golden State certainly has the talent and experience to hang around in the postseason, age is certainly a factor.<\/p>\n

Gone are the days when the Warriors were a young and dynamic group cementing themselves in history as a dynasty. Their stars are still playing at a high level, but as we know, Father Time is undefeated. Steph Curry<\/a> (37), Butler (35), and Green (35) all have a lot of wear and tear from years of fierce competition. Given all the mileage this trio has racked up in the NBA, some are skeptical they’ll be able to hold up for six more weeks of postseason action.<\/p>\n

Draymond Green’s Latest Comments<\/h3>\n

Following Sunday’s loss to the Clippers, Green was asked about the Warriors being able to hold up from a physical standpoint. He didn’t shy away from the age factor but reminded everyone they are still professional athletes at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

“We’ll be fine. Playoffs you ain’t playing no back-to-backs or anything like that. So just got to get there. We’ll be alright, we’re not senior citizens we’re high-level basketball players,” Green said<\/a>.<\/p>\n
