On Thursday, the NBA All-Star Game reserves<\/a> were announced. As always, people debated whether the correct players were selected and who got snubbed. One of those players who received the short end of the stick is Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young<\/a>. This isn\u2019t the first time that the 26-year-old will find himself on All-Star snub<\/a> lists. As a matter of fact, Young has coined a new phrase for getting snubbed in honor of himself.<\/p>\n

Now, almost every year, some of these All-Star snubs end up getting in the game. Whether it\u2019s injury or personal reasons, players end up dropping out and needing to be replaced. That\u2019s what happened with Young last year, as he played after originally not being named a reserve. He was seen as one of the bigger snubs, and even LeBron James<\/a> chimed in on Young not being invited.<\/p>\n
