That doesn&#8217;t mean that the Lakers won&#8217;t at least call the Kings up. Fellow franchise cornerstone <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/d\/davisan02.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anthony Davis<\/a>, who turns 32 years old in March, has been dealing with plantar fasciitis all season. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/r\/reaveau01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Austin Reaves<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/h\/hachiru01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rui Hachimura<\/a>, L.A.&#8217;s best players not named James or Davis, would likely have to be included in a trade for Fox.<\/p>\n<h3>Taking His Talents (Back) To Texas<\/h3>\n<p>The Houston Rockets have been mentioned as a possible destination, in part because Fox was raised in Texas. The age and limitations of players like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/v\/vanvlfr01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fred VanVleet<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/g\/greenja05.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jalen Green<\/a> &#8211;whose grew up a couple of hours outside of Sacramento &#8211;make their potential interest even more feasible.
