The Los Angeles Clippers<\/a> have been one of the biggest surprises in an ultra-competitive Western Conference. Not much was expected of them once Paul George<\/a> left the team in free agency to join the Philadelphia 76ers. Even less was expected of the Clippers once it was revealed Kawhi Leonard<\/a> would not be ready to start the season. While Bill Simmons is hearing that Leonard should be back before Christmas<\/a>, he hasn\u2019t played through LA\u2019s first 25 outings.<\/p>\n

Despite the adversity, the Clippers have a solid 14-11 record. Right now, that is good for sixth-best in the West which would keep them out of the Play-In Tournament. Of course, there is still a lot of season to go, plus Los Angeles has lost their last two games.<\/p>\n

As announced by the team, Derrick Jones Jr.<\/a> suffered a right hamstring strain during the contest. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks.<\/p>\n
