With sports betting coming to the forefront of sports entertainment getting advice on top NBA game predictions is very important. Different states have legalized sports betting at different times. Even sports betting in Pennsylvania has been legal since 2017.
With a limited slate for tonight like the Denver Nuggets traveling to Sacramento to take on the Sacramento Kings, there aren’t a lot of betting options to choose from.
While the Kings had an extremely disappointing start to the season in which they lost their first five games and had multiple injuries to vital players, they have been very solid since. Marvin Bagley III will still miss the next two games and De’Aaron Fox is still going to be out for an extended period of time. Since losing their first five games, the Kings have won seven out of their last 12 and currently sit at 7-10 on the season.
Their opponent, the Denver Nuggets, are one of the best teams in the NBA. They currently sit at a phenomenal 13-3 on the season. They have won their last six games and 10 of their last 11.
The Nuggets employ one of the best guard-big combinations in the entire league in Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic. The Kings are going to have an extremely difficult time matching up with these two with Bagley and Fox still nursing injuries. Lay the points in this one and hope the weird start time doesn’t impact the better team.
Both the Charlotte Hornets and Milwaukee Bucks are on the second-half of back-to-backs so neither team will have an advantage there. The Bucks, however, have an advantage due to being at home.
The Hornets have been one of the most surprising teams in the entire NBA. Especially after losing Kemba Walker to the Boston Celtics. Terry Rozier was brought in by the Hornets to try to make up for the would-be lost production of Walker. Rozier started the season off very slow, however, he has started to find his rhythm. On the season, he has per-game averages of 17.2 points, 4.4 assists, and 3.9 rebounds. He has only shot it at 42.4 percent from the floor and 36.8 percent from three-point range.
The Bucks, employers of reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, and are one of the best teams in the NBA. This is a tough game to get a feel for. The Bucks are one of the best teams in the entire NBA. However, they are returning from a road contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Playing a lesser team, on a back-to-back, with the first of those two games on the road, makes this a serious let-down alert for the Bucks. Plus, 14.5 points are a lot of points to give up in an NBA game. Combine all of those factors and everything points to taking the points.
The Atlanta Hawks are off to an extremely disappointing start. Both from a record standpoint and from a roster standpoint. Future All-Star Trae Young missed a couple of games with a sprained ankle, early in the season. John Collins is currently serving a 25-game suspension for PED use. Lastly, Kevin Huerter is still nursing a shoulder injury. All of those issues with the roster have led to a putrid start to the season that has them staring up at the rest of the Eastern Conference.
The Houston Rockets have been a bit of a yo-yo this season. They started the season off at just 4-3 through seven games. They then reeled off eight straight wins before dropping three straight games. In their last contest, they completely decimated an excellent Miami Heat team. The 117-108 final score was closer than that game was.
13.5 points are a ton to give up in an NBA contest, especially to a team that has the blow-torch hot potential of Young. However, Houston is the better team and they still employ James Harden, Russell Westbrook, and Clint Capela.
While there are still quite a few states that are yet to legalize sports gambling, with sports betting in Pennsylvania being legal, and many other states, the points should be laid in this one.
