On Tuesday, the former No. 1 overall pick will make his 2025 season debut against the Baltimore Orioles. Sidelined from a moderate left hamstring strain during a March 16 spring training game against the Boston Red Sox, Lewis completed a six-game rehab stint with Triple-A St. Paul, batting .174 with one RBI. He worked his way through their minor league system at a steady pace, but obstacles such as an ACL tear, a quad injury, and now the hamstring injury have significantly hampered his playing time.
