Sheel Seidler accuses them of breaching fiduciary duties and forcing John Seidler into control of the team. The filing also alleges significant misconduct. It claims the brothers colluded to acquire trust assets below-market value, creating &#8220;irreconcilable conflicts of interest.&#8221; Additionally, Sheel Seidler asserts that racism played a role in their actions.
