Some of these cards are 1/1 that may never surface on the secondary market. To purchase a graded 1/1 autographed card of the first-round pick, you will have to shell out upwards of $400 on eBay. There are plenty of autographs and parallels to pick from. There is also a wide selection of Burns in Tennessee uniforms as well as the black and gold of Wake Forest. Contrary to the prices on Travis Bazzana, Burns is very affordable. There are plenty of certified autographs through Onyx that collectors can grab on eBay for around $12. An autographed card of Burns, numbered to /3, just ended at $60 on eBay.

#3 Pick Charlie Condon, OF/1B, Colorado Rockies

Despite absolutely raking this season with the Georgia Bulldogs, Charlie Condon only has 16 cards to pick from currently. Because of the lack of supply, you will have to pay up to get a certified autograph of Condon.
