A much-needed joyous night for the Best Bets series last night. Everything clicked into place and followed my predictions. The\u00a0<\/span>Atlanta Braves<\/span><\/a>\u00a0continue to crush teams early, putting up three runs in just the first two innings. In part due to an\u00a0<\/span>Austin Riley<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Solo home run in the bottom of the first. We got slightly unlucky in our\u00a0<\/span>Arizona Diamondbacks<\/span><\/a>\u00a0pick after a solo homer in the bottom of the fifth cut their lead from two to one. They are cashing our main pick but killing our secondary play. Finally,\u00a0<\/span>Tyler Glasnow<\/span><\/a>, AKA Cillian Murphy, and the\u00a0<\/span>Tampa Bay Rays<\/span><\/a>\u00a0crushed the\u00a0<\/span>San Fransisco Giants.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Glasnow breezed to six strikeouts, using only 65 pitches. However, at this point in his night, he hit a roadblock. They used his following 22 pitches to issue two walks, a single strikeout, and an earned run.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are returning to the well for game two between the\u00a0<\/span>New York Yankees<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and Atlanta Braves.\u00a0<\/span>Luis Severino<\/span><\/a>\u00a0takes the mound for the Yankees tonight, and I can’t see things going well for him. This Braves lineup makes the best of pitchers look silly, and I would not describe Mr. Severino as one of the best. Additionally, this game is one of the best for home runs in the entire slate between the weather, pitching, and bats.<\/span><\/p>\n
