In return, the team receives three prospects who are expected to contribute this coming season. He\u2019s expected to build on those good numbers in Miami, where he will join the incumbent Marlins starters,\u00a0such as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/c\/conlead01.shtml?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adam Conley<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/c\/chenwe02.shtml?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wei-Yin Chen<\/a><\/strong> in an effort by the team to soften the on-field blow of tragically losing <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/search\/search.fcgi?results=fernajo02,fernajo01,fernan008jos,fernan015jos&amp;search=Jose+Fernandez&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jose Fernandez<\/a><\/strong>. The personal loss can&#8217;t be mitigated. The Marlins came very close to contending for a Wild Card last season. Straily will help a young, talented team make the final push.<\/p>\n<p>The Reds, meanwhile, will receive\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/search\/search.fcgi?results=castilu01,castil013lui,castil017lui,castil014lui,castil015lui&amp;search=Luis+Castillo&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Luis Castillo<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/b\/briceau01.shtml?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Austin Brice<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/register\/player.cgi?id=white-000isa&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Isaiah White<\/a><\/strong>. In particular, the gem of this deal moving forward is Castillo, who will be expected to be a part of the rotation this season for the Reds.
