He\u2019s climbed steadily through the minors, showcasing a polished bat and defensive versatility. This month at Triple-A Tacoma, Young has been a standout, slashing .370\/.466\/.680 with a 1.146 OPS across 118 plate appearances. MLB Pipeline ranks him as the No. 42 overall prospect, drawing comparisons to former All-Star second baseman Dustin Pedroia for his compact frame (5-foot-10, 180 pounds), high contact rate, and scrappy play. Scouts praise his advanced approach at the plate, noting a 12.5% walk rate in Triple-A this year, paired with a knack for spraying line drives to all fields. \u201cHe\u2019s hitting rockets.
