Reviewing Will Muschamp's Tenure at Florida

Editor’s Note: LWOS is always looking for new and innovative ways to bring you the latest in sports news. Today, tune in to Mark Rogers and his college football video podcast that we bring you, the loyal LWOS readers. A long-time college football fan, Mark has been producing a video podcast for quite some time, as he now has over 800 shows on his website (http://markrogerstv.com).

Will Muschamp is out at Florida after almost four generally unsuccessful seasons. Muschamp was never able to come close to the standard set by Steve Spurrier and surpassed by Urban Meyer; going 27-20 overall and 17-15 in the SEC. By far, Muschamp’s best team was the 2012 edition. Suffocating defense led that team to 11 wins and a Top Five regular season ranking. Yet even in the midst of such success, Gator fans typically remember 2012 for a six turnover debacle versus arch rival Georgia that cost Florida an SEC Title game berth and a shot at the national title as well as a stunning upset loss to 13-point underdog Louisville in the Sugar Bowl. MarkRogersTV reviews Muschamp’s tenure in Gainesville and why he failed to maintain the standards of Gator excellence.
