John Cena was given the chance to pick any wrestler to face for a title shot at Summerslam, and he chose Daniel Bryan on the Raw after Money in the Bank as his Summerslam opponent. on the Raw after Money In The Bank. There was no doubt that person had to be the red hot super over Yes, Yes, Yes-man, Daniel Bryan, one of the best wrestler’s still active in wrestling today.
Daniel Bryan has been all over the world. He is a former ROH World Champion, WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and WWE World Tag Team Champion with Kane as “Team Hell No”. I’m so glad Team Hell No is over and Bryan is back to being a single’s wrestler – Yes! Yes! Yes! – because he is one of my favorites. He is so over with the die hard WWE fans and real pro wrestling fans – everybody respects him he is at the top of his game. Now he gets his shot at the WWE Championship, the biggest title in the industry today.
He is one of the best wrestlers on the whole WWE roster today and there is no doubt in my mind that he will pull out a great match out of John Cena, who is the face of the WWE and is the current WWE champion.
I have watched Daniel Bryan since he started. He has come so far and I’m so happy that he is finally getting his time to shine. He is a super talent and the fans know it. I hope this is a sign that the WWE now knows it too. On the Raw after the money in the bank PPV, the WWE Universe and its fans in Brooklyn let the WWE know it, that we want Daniel Bryan to become a huge, top star in the promotion and that he belongs in main events of pay per views. He should go over on John Cena at Summerslam and become the WWE Champion because he has busted his ass for years and years to get this spot.
