Jameis Winston: Questions off the field, answers on the field

Editor’s Note: LWOS is always looking for new and innovative ways to bring you the latest in sports news. Today, tune in to Mark Rogers and his college football video podcast that we bring you, the loyal LWOS readers. Maybe he should apologize…but not for being 20-0. Jameis Winston and his Florida State Seminoles delivered again on the big stage in comeback fashion in defeating Notre Dame 31-27. Winston (23 for 31, 273 yards, 2 TD, INT) shook off the criticism (again) and a sluggish first half (again) to play a near perfect second half to lead FSU to a key victory in gaining a spot in the College Football playoff. Everett Golson proved just as amazing in delivering what would have been the upset clincher with seconds to play, but the game winning TD toss was called back due to an illegal pick. Golson hit on 31 of 52 passes and Corey Robinson (8 receptions, 99 yards) snatched two touchdown passes as the Irish almost grabbed its first significant win against an elite opponent in quite some time. MarkRogersTV addresses the Heisman Trophy enormous talent and intangible skills and breaks down the play on the field and what lies ahead for Florida State and Notre Dame in hopes of reaching the Final Four
