LastWordOnSports has full card results for UFC Fight Night 49 – Henderson vs. dos Anjos at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In the main event of the night #5 Rafael dos Anjos pulled off a stunning knockout upset against #1 Benson Henderson, stopping the former champ in the very first round. dos Anjos stifled Henderson with his hand speed from the onset. Rafael rocked Henderson early, then dropped Benson with a massive left hook, swarming with punches, causing Big John McCarthy to wave off the fight.
In the co-main event #13 Mike Pyle suffered a brutal technical knockout loss to Jordan “Young Gun” Mein. Mein found his range early and connected with a pinpoint left hook to floor Pyle, he then finished the helpless Pyle with a flurry of ground and pound just 72 seconds into the first round.
