One Word for Alabama Schedule

Editor’s Note: LWOS is always looking for new and innovative ways to bring you the latest in sports news.  Today we introduce Mark Rogers and his college football video podcast to you the loyal LWOS readers.  A long-time college football fan, Mark has been producing a video podcast for quite some time, as he now has over 800 shows on his website (http://markrogerstv.com).

Bama finished 2013 by getting blasted on Bourbon Street. Unfortunately, it will be several weeks into 2014 until we find out if the Tide is back on its game. MarkRogersTV previews an Alabama schedule that is less than stellar. Even the conference slate is a touch soft by SEC standards with the absence of Eastern Division powers Georgia, South Carolina and Missouri. While Bama can’t control the SEC’s schedule rotation, Nick Saban and the athletic administration has complete control over the non-conference match ups. Let’s just say the College Football Playoff Committee will have little to judge the Crimson Tide by in comparison to other title contenders across the nation. How bad is it? West Virginia, winners of 2 of 9 Big 12 games, is the marquee out of conference attraction.

Mark has interviewed big time NCAA coaches Tommy Tuberville, George O’Leary, Troy Calhoun, Sonny Dykes, Blake Anderson, Bill Blankenship, Ron Caragher, Matt Wells, and more on his station.  In addition to these they feature analysis of the latest games, picks and point spreads, and coverage of the NFL and NBA.  Be sure to check back often as Mark Rogers will be sharing his best stuff right here at LWOS going forward.
